Our Cornerstone Family Camp will be held from 2 to 5 June 2025! It will be a powerful time of seeking the Lord and building meaningful connections.

Accommodation
This year, we have secured accommodations at three hotels.
You may select your preferred hotel during registration (subject to availability):
- Putrajaya Marriott Hotel
- Palm Garden Hotel
- Moxy Putrajaya Hotel

Our rooms are sold out but you can still register as a Day Camper.
The Day Camper Package includes the Camp Programme & Meals (2 lunches & 2 dinners).

Firstly, indicate the name of the Room IC.
The Confirmation Email will be sent to the Room IC.
During camp, the Room Keys will be allocated to the Room IC for collection.
Next, you will be required to fill in the details of all campers staying in this room.

Payment can be made via PayNow or in-person via CASH at our Registration Booth*.

An order confirmation will be emailed to the ORDER I/C.

My passport has less than 6 months validity from date of entry. Can I still register now and provide you with my new passport details later?
Yes, you can still register now using your old passport details and provide us with your new passport details by dropping an email to familycamp@cscc.org.sg by 24 March 2025.
I made a mistake when keying in my particulars. How do I change it?
Please send in the amendment to us at familycamp@cscc.org.sg by 24 March 2025.
Is my registration confirmed after registering online?
Please note that your registration is only complete after full payment has been received and a verification email has been sent to you by familycamp@cscc.org.sg.
My child turns 4 years old in December, is he considered a child or infant?
Age is calculated as at 31 Dec 2025.
As your child will be 4 years old by end of the year 2025, he/she should register as a child.
What if my family size exceeds the combinations listed?
You will be required to book an additional room as the combinations listed are based on the maximum number of guests allowed in a room.
Can I request for an additional bed in my room?
Due to their room configurations, the hotels are unable to add any additional beds.
Can I book a pre-stay or post-stay during registration?
Pre-Stay Information
You may choose to add a 1-night pre-stay at either the Putrajaya Marriott Hotel or Palm Garden Hotel during registration, subject to availability. Pre-stay rooms are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If the option to book a pre-stay room is unavailable, it means these rooms are fully booked.
Post-Stay Information
Post-stay options are not offered. If you require additional nights, please make your own accommodation arrangements.
Can I request for financial assistance?
Youths enjoy a special rate when they register as part of a triple sharing booking.
If you require financial assistance, you may write in to familycamp@cscc.org.sg. Assessment will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Can I book my own accommodation and attend Family Camp 2025?

Day Camper Passes will be available from 25 March 2025 onwards. Registration closes on 31 March 2025.
Can I request for baby cots?
Baby cots are available in limited quantities.
To make a request, email familycamp@cscc.org.sg by 24 March 2025.
Can I request for connecting rooms?
A limited number of connecting rooms are available. Due to the hotels’ room configurations, this option is only applicable for bookings that include 1 King room and 1 Twin room (e.g. Combi D + Combi E Twin).

Am I able to change my room type (King or Twin Room) after I have made my booking?
We are unable to accommodate changes to room types. During the booking process, you can select your preferred hotel and room type. If your preferred option is fully booked, we encourage you to consider our next available hotel or register during the next phase.
If you need to make changes to the number of people in your room, please email us by 24 March 2025, at familycamp@cscc.org.sg with your request, and will do our best to assist you.
Is there free parking at the hotel?
Complimentary parking is available for Hotel Guests at their respective accommodation, as well as Camp Programme venue during the Camp. Please approach the hotel where you are staying to make your request.
Do I need to arrange my own transport if I arrive earlier than the official camp dates for a pre-stay?
If you are arriving before the official camp dates, you will need to arrange your own transport to the hotel. The 2-way coach transport add-on only covers travel on the official camp dates:
- 2nd June: From Odeon Katong to Putrajaya Marriott Hotel
- 5th June: From Putrajaya Marriott Hotel to Odeon Katong
We kindly remind you to make the necessary transport arrangements for any travel outside these dates.
Will transport be arranged from the airport to the hotel if I am flying in?
Airport transfers are not provided. You will need to arrange your own transport from the airport to the hotel.
If I am unable to go for the camp, can I request for a refund?
Please refer to the following for our Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Policy
a) Full Refund: Cancellations must be made at least 10 weeks before the start of the Family Camp (i.e., by 24 March 2025) to receive a full refund. After this date, payment will be forfeited. To cancel your booking, please contact the Camp Committee at familycamp@cscc.org.sg by 24 March 2025.
b) Replacement Camper: After 24 March 2025, if you are unable to attend the Family Camp, you may find a replacement camper. Please inform the Camp Committee with the replacement camper’s details by 5 May 2025 (i.e., 4 weeks before the start of the camp).
Note: No refund will be given if a replacement camper cannot be found, and the original camper will be charged the full camp fees.
c) Refund Processing: All refunds will be processed 8 weeks after the Family Camp concludes.
Is there a children’s programme? Where will it take place and when should we drop off our child?
An exciting programme for children aged 4 to 12 years old will run concurrently with the main sessions at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel. Children will be grouped by age: 4 to 6 years old in one room and 7 to 12 years old in another.
Your child must be registered as a camper to participate. If you did not include your child in your registration, please inform the Camp Committee at familycamp@cscc.org.sg by 24 March 2025.
What meals are included in the camp rates, and where will they be served?
All breakfasts are included and will be served at the hotel of your accommodation.
Selected lunches and dinners are also provided and will take place at Putrajaya Marriott Hotel.
Pre-stay rooms are sold out in my preferred hotel. Can I book a pre-stay at another hotel and then move over to my preferred hotel for the main camp duration?
We are unable to accommodate requests for pre-stay bookings at a separate hotel.
You may do one of the following:
- Book your preferred hotel for the camp and join the Pre-Stay Room Wait List.
- Book your preferred hotel for the camp and arrange your own accommodation for the pre-stay period.
- Select another hotel with available pre-stay rooms to stay there for entire duration, from 1 June to 5 June 2025 (pre-stay and main camp).
I am attending the camp with someone of the opposite gender. Are we allowed to share a room?
Room sharing is strictly for family members, married couples, and registrants of the same gender. If you need a roommate, we encourage you to make arrangements with someone of the same gender.
